Belika, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Annebelle Syrimis and Monika Froehlich. Convinced that  the use of plastic and paper bags in the U.S. had reached an all time high, we decided to look for an alternative solution and ended up designing the Belika Bag. 

A Belika is simple yet unique in its design compared to any alternative shopping bag or tote on the market.   Our unique bags address the needs of the environmentally conscious consumer  incorporating functionality, hygiene, ergonomics, and stylish fashion at a still affordable price. 

The true costs of the so-called free plastic bags is too high for our planet to pay and it is time for a new trend:  Think. Choose. Re-use. Belika-Style for the sake of a better environment with less non-degradable materials in land-fills and the litter stream.
